I'm looking at transfer title of our timeshares and create a trust. Anyone have any advice on this? Who can I put on the trust? If I only have one name, does that mean I need to get guest certs for other family members? Do I put all the family names on so avoid guest certs but then need everyone to sign for any future transfers in/out?

Just looking for something clean but gives me some flexibility as I will be doing the majority of the handling of stuff.

Usually, the beneficiaries of a trust do not have a financial responsibility to the trust. The trustees have the fiscal responsibility.

Are you sure that the resort will recognize that any beneficiary is an owner and is entitled to owner benefits?

Since estate, inheritance, Trust, etc. laws vary over 50 states best bet is to consult a local expert.

There are a couple lengthy threads here that you can read and probably will be more confused than ever.

Not a do it your self undertaking, pun intended.:(
