Hello-

Looking for just one night in Orlando. Studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom (why not stretch out if available).

Is a one night timeshare rental even possible?

Sometimes yes but with timeshare check in's at 4:00 or even 5:00pm and check out at 10am it is usually just easier to rent a hotel for 1 night. Also many systems charge a guest cert fee or extra housekeeping fees for short rental it often isn't cost effective. If you aren't being picky you can still get good deals with priceline.
