One bedroom units at Wyndham Midtown 45?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the one bedroom deluxe units and the one bedroom presidential units at Wyndham Midtown 45? It looks like the presidential units are a bit larger and I think they are on a higher floor. Is it worth it to spend the extra points on a presidential unit?

We are frequent visitors to the Wyndham Canterbury in San Francisco. There the one bedroom presidential units have full kitchens and washer/dryers. But I don't see that difference in the Wyndham Midtown 45.

Thanks for your help!

I'm sure you'll get specific answers, but the presidential units also typically have hardwood/tile floors versus carpet, upgraded appliances, etc.

We stayed in a 1 Bed Pres when we were there. I also saw a regular 1 bedroom.....I don't think there was enough to warrant the extra points.

I just booked the 1 BR Pres for my niece for January. I am looking forward to a review.

I was looking at inventory at Midtown 45. It appears that beginning in Dec NO more non-renovated hotel rooms are available. Downside to this is that really cheap upgrades for VIPs are gone, now smallest unit is a studio, which is 15K more points per weekend night than hotel rooms were. Oh well still available, just not as good an upgrade.
