What seasons are those weeks? What sort of view does the unit have? When were they last refurbished by Sheraton?

This is prime summer season. The view varies by the unit that you are assigned during reservation. I believe the units were refurbished in 2014 (New furniture, marble counterparts and appliances).

Just an FYI you have this listed as a Premier Resort in Interval, but it is a Gold Resort (one step below.) Member ratings are exceptional though, so I wonder why they changed it.
