Oceana Palms/ Does anyone have a Construction Noise Update?

For any of those who have stayed there within the last 2 weeks, how is the noise from the construction south of the resort?
We will be there mid-March.

We were there last week, they were supposed to drill test holes for pilings over a two day period that never happened. All we saw was a bulldozer moving dirt that created very little noise. The GM told us that the test holes would determined the method that they would use to drill the rest, could be anything from an Auger (low noise) to a hammer, (lots of noise).

I'm currently at Oceana Palms, sunrise tower, south side (construction side). There is no major construction at the moment - just a bulldozer moving dirt around. Lots of loud back-up beeper noise which is mildly irritating but that's about it.

Ditto. The front desk indicated that they wouldn't be doing anything with the footings for ~three weeks.
