Anyone know the scoop on the upcoming "new exchange options" mentioned for DVC members in the spring issue of Disney Files magazine? Could it possibly be dual affiliation with Interval and RCI? Or maybe trading within the top brands like Marriott, Westin, HGVC?

Westin is owned by ILG, parent of II, so impossible for Disney to be part of the Vistana internal trading system, unLess ILG acquires Disney TSs, and even doubtful then. It is possible they could allow exchanges using II.

I was thinking Of Disney's Buena Vista Trading Company - they could expand that to form an affiliation with other timeshare groups. They used to have an agreement with the old Club Intrawest and I thought that point chart for nightly stays was quite reasonable. Of course, I am sure it would be limited to a developer purchase! LOL
