Does anyone know if they are going to build new Club Wyndham resorts.

Also I fear they do nothing but build new Worldmark and recycle all turned in Ovation points as Club Access and the resale guys like me will be the only ones without universal ARP and I can never use my points.

Railman83 ...

The new business model for the past few years with Wyndham is the "just in time" ... they acquire new inventory by having a 'developer' build and turn over units to them when needed. Or they convert old hotels or rebrand other TS resorts as theirs. Reunion in Orlando is such as new resort.

ARP is for where YOU own ... where your CWP points are deeded and where the MFs calculation is based.

CWA owns deeds at their resorts .. and that is the limit has to how many points can be used for ARP at that resort. And you will have to compete against all the other owners at the resort for ARP reservations. Prime time means when EVERYONE wants to be staying there. Call early in the morning at 13 months before checkin ... for ARP.

That's funny..... the WM owners have a similar concern, but in the opposite direction. And there is much more availability in the Club Wyndham system, than the WM system - where the popular resorts tend to book up a year in advance. A new shared resort with WM (Austin), will be coming on-line - likely later this year.

Universal ARP is not ARP at all.

If everyone can reserve everywhere at 13 months no one has advanced priority anywhere

And resale owners have the same arp as retail
