I've written before about wanting to buy WKORV resale. We are getting close to making a decision now.

In another post I saw that someone mentioned a broker who they worked with on a resale and really liked the guy. So I appreciate that info.

What steps do we take on our end to confirm that all of the paper work is above board and that the escrow company is a real escrow company? We were scamed recently( by being very lax) on a rental and are very cautious now! (I had posted the story on tug, made us look real dopey!)

Thanks in advance!

Tugger johnmfaeth is a TS escrow Co. owner - I'd pm him.

For Hawaii - use an Hawaiin Title company ONLY!

You were asking about a TS broker - it should be the sellers' concern - not yours since they represent the seller - your concern is with the Title Co used.

Also - if you can - buy from an individual - you will save money (if you can find one). TS brokers are middlemen - and get their cut (from the seller). Many people here have used Syed from AdvantageVacations (including me)
