[Need help getting out of Wyndham]

I know you have spent a lot of money on this ... but the resale market is VERY, VERY low ...( took out my guess price) ...

Do you have 1 deed or several?

Where are the deeded resort(s)? Or are they CWA points? I just saw via your ID .. that these might all be La Belle points ... nice resort.

It appears as though you brought from Wyndham ... do you have a VIP level of Gold or just VIP? These VIP benefits will NOT transfer to the new owner ... just to YOUR direct family members.

Yes I have one deed and yes VIP that I know won't transfer. Thanks for the quick reply. Deeded at LaBelle but of course can be used anywhere and also through RCI

You're best bet is Ebay at this point. I think there is someone here on Tug that has cracked the code on transferring VIP and if you can find them, and get the to reveal their trade secret your ask goes up dramatically.

Check out sold auctions on eBay and see what yours is worth, maybe a couple thousand plus closing if you are lucky

put it on ebay so you can offer buyers protection and also protect your self. start at a $1 and it will sell. Use LT Transfers and pay all fees. you will get a couple grand and be done with your TS. Or just give back to wyndham via ovation. quick fast and no head ache. Just no cash..
