We just found out that we have a 3rd little one on the way, but unfortunately the HGVC timeshare needs to go.

I am looking for some advice on the proper channel to try and list the property, which still has several years on the loan.

[It is in Orlando]

Thanks,
D

Congrats on your newest baby.

If you are still paying on a loan from buying direct, it will be hard to sell. Chances are that similar are selling on the resale market for less than what you owe. Here is a broker who specializes in HGVC resales. http://judikoz.com/
You can look at her listings for your same resort to get an idea.

If you still owe a lot, you could check with your resort and see if they will take it back.

What do have? The people on this site will maximize your sale if you bought resale but you may take a big hit if you purchased direct.

Give us the facts so we can help. The group saved me thousands.
