Checked in Sunday at Myrtle beach, at Ocean Blvd, I was told I by the person giving out the parking pass, that I was going to a 1 hour session on how to use the new computer system and today, Monday, was the last day it will be offered. (Ugh!) It ended up being a2.5 hour sales presentation.

Do you readers agree or disagree with this: I was told since I last purchased in 2014, any new programs and benefits that the company has offered since 2014 or in the future, I could not participate in. I would have to buy more points. TRUE OR FALSE?
What new programs and benefits have been offered since 2014?
thank you

You have been a member of TUG for 10 years ... really? The first tenant of timeshare is "If a salesman's lips are moving, they are lying."

Since you have all direct brought points ... you should have no issue with restricted usage.

Better question is about any changes is, are your points all developer brought or all resale or a mixed?
thank you for reply, all my points are developer purchased.

jerrybev,

I don't believe you have lost ANY benefits ... you have ALL developer brought points.

You know the line ... If the salesman lips were moving ...

That's going to be the new bait used to catch owners to attend sales presentations, 'learn to use the new website'. Owners don't need to learn it, Wyndham needs to fix it.

The first lie was that "Monday was the last day it will be offered." The second statement is an utter falsehood. It makes no difference whatsoever whether you bought your points in 2007 or 2017.
