Following my usual 'steps' I put a unit on hold and then looked for Tug rating.

Not finding this one, I wonder if there was a name change.

Also, can anyone confirm it is NOT mandatory AI.

I do not recall see a Moon Palace - Mazatlan listed on RCI

Just figured out what happened. Google translated it to Moon Palace when I went looking for reviews.

It's (or has been anyway) a bit of a dump. I took my then girlfriend, now wife there on a cheap junket. It was full of drunken Canadians who spent their days playing drinking games on the beach. We Go to Maz fairly often and look and nod knowingly as we pass the Luna palace.

Location isn't bad in the Golden Zone, but that's about it.
