I took a look on eBay (sales) and there are some units that closed for just a couple of bucks with ALL fees paid by the seller.
Redweek has 2 units for sale (not sold) - - one at $500 and one at $3500.
I believe that the SOKVC may take back a deed but I don't have the details. You would need to contact their upper management.

www.sokco.info. They are typically getting a bit higher prices. SOKCO stands for Sands of Kahana Concerned Owners - - a non-profit group who are interested in protecting the value and enjoyment of their SOK units. The 2 and 3 BR units seem to sell reasonably well (of course, it depends on the asking price).
