Maintenance/Tax bill, the Wellington, Newport RI

Could somebody please quote for me annual M/T charges for 2007 and 2008 for a 2bdr unit at the Wellington, Newport, RI ? Any idea what 2009 charges may be ? Thanks.

Since SWMBO pays the bills, and does not have a good system for saving the original bill, I found canceled checks for $830/year. I have not seen the 2009 bill yet, but will post it (with details) when it arrives.

I believe the Wellington only has 2 bedroom units w lockout.
