Have on hold a week at Hacienda Del Mar and Pueblo,Bonito Sunset Beach. Each are 1 BR units. Would have liked to go back to PV but no consecutive weeks in non AI. Have stayed at HDM and toured Puebla Bonito SB. Appreciate all advice.

How about Grand Solmar? It is a non A1 resort and all villas face the ocean. You can walk to the marina and the pools are great. The restaurant there is also wonderful.

We have stayed at both- both are good choices.
I'd go back to either one.

How about a week at the Grand Mayan in San Jose del Cabo to go along with one of the CSL weeks?

Stayed at HDM 2015 Thanksgiving in a 1st floor 1BR. We liked the Resort grounds and the pools. Restaurants were terrible except the main one..I forget the name.

Are you going to be staying for two weeks and using both units or are you asking for opinions on which one to keep for a one-week stay?

We are staying two weeks, so one week at each. To answer previous questions, don't think Grand Solmar is RCI. Was hoping Playa Grande might be available. I have stayed at Dreams, Playa Grande and Hacienda Del Mar. Spent two weeks at Grand Mayan Nuevo in February.
