Looking for 2br, 7 days, ocean side , near Miami area.

700$ for 7 days , 2 br , ocean size property , near Miami, going to fly and not planning to rent a car, want to be able to walk to the beach and not pay for it, reason why near Miami is warmest water and close airport.

date ranges are:

Dec 3-10 ideal date
Dec 4-11 good date
Dec 5-12 good date
Dec 6-13 good date
Dec 7-14 less than ideal date, but will work.

Any of those dates work for me.

Few timeshare resorts on the beach and in Miami. A few more are in Ft Lauderdale (north by about 30+ miles) with a more resorts in Pompano Beach. Many will NOT have 2/2 units, but mostly studio units and 1 bedrooms. You will need a car to get up there, but the Ft Lauderdale resorts won't have you needing a car and might also have a parking charge also). Pompano resorts on the beach with 2/2 units will require a car for dining.

Wyndham Palm Aire is technically in Ft Lauderdale .. but is on the far WEST side of I-95 ... straight out by 6 miles via Atlantic Ave from Pompano Beach. Many 2/2 units but a car is a MUST to the beach ... associated with Wyndham which gives you parking at Royal Vista for parking and using it facilities (bathroom, Tiki bar, etc).

Should be able to find something in the non-Miami area ... slower time of year.
