It lists a points value so I would say yes. There are some contracts that were originally sold as fixed weeks and later converted to points, but only at some of the older resorts and I don't think Kona was one. The only difference anyway would be that with a converted fixed week, the ARP is for that specific week. Even in that case, at 10 months advance, there would be no difference whatsoever and points are points.

I'm not sure what you mean by "deposit." This look to me to be the resale of a deed at Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort valued at 231,000 Wyndham points annually. I spent a week there is summer, and it is a nice place but beware of the sales personnel.

If you were to acquire this deed, you would be responsible for the annual maintenance fee in exchange for the 231,000 points.
