Is this a buyer beware with s.i.t.e.team?

So I was looking on Ebay for wyndham ts.. and saw an add claiming you can borrow from future use, that the sell has used 2017 and 2018 points. I asked him how, as all of know, we are no longer able to use that feature and have known for several months. Is this a buyer beware type situation?

I would not buy from the s.i.t.e. team. I helped my in laws purchase 2 Wyndham contracts from them on ebay. Both we suppose to have 2017 use points available, but when the transfer was complete only only 1 of the 2 contracts had the 2017 points in tact. Went back and forth with them several times trying to work out a resolution and never did. They have since stopped returning any of my emails.

Especially on a timeshare due to the 60 day limit on giving feedback. Lots of problems don't show up or can be explained in 60 days so you can assume that 89% is likely much lower in reality.
