That's the one. Goofy ad so I went direct to link and it took me to the Buyatimeshare website where I registered and put in an offer that was accepted.
From the e-bay auction from a few minutes ago: "308,000 points annually from your ownership at Wyndham's beautiful National Harbor
All Closing Costs and Title Transfers to be paid by winner of auction (this is in addition to bid). I have a reseller handling my sale and if unit sells on-line I will close ad early. I will accept the highest winning bid on here as my lowest/best offer on buyatimeshare.comn (who will handle transaction in its entirety). I am guessing it will be around 500 but depends on a few things. Please check with buyatimeshare"
This e-bay action clearly said the auction would be cancelled if a bid was accepted through the re-seller. This has not happened as of a few minutes ago and there are three bids that that include a open ended on the costs and title transfer issues.
Apparently we were posting at the same time. That is your decision, this contract may being sold to two 2 different people who ends up with it, anyone's guess.
UPDATE: 7:56 a.m. Auction still active, 5 bidders. If there is no written contract for your deal, then there probably is not a binding contract.
