Hi I was checking to see if anyone has a special customer service rep in the executive office or etc. that they would like to share their name and contact information with me. I had the most awesome person for 20+ years who has now moved on. He was the best! Always friendly professional and helpful! I believe I was his first customer. Ken you are missed greatly!!!

He probably wouldn't be a go to rep for everything. He isn't really supposed to handle general customer service duties like normal exchange requests. Not saying he wouldn't but he is higher level so if too many went to him for normal needs he wouldn't be able to do it.

Wow! DAE returned my exchange credit, gave me a credit for the fees and my cancelation insurance when the hurricane closed the Daytona Beach Regency in October. I would have gotten it back even without the insurance because it was closed by an act of God.

Last week I got a call the day after the Gatlinburg fire from DAE's Tom Corbett because I had used this credit for an exchange toward a week at Treetops in Gatlinburg. He commented that it felt like a deja vu moment because we had a similar conversion the previous month. See my post on the DAE sub forum.

DAE has great customer service and does not penalize you when a resort has to close down.
