I have two weeks at Blue Tree Resort Lake Buena Vista, Fl. and want to sell them for a dollar. I don't use them and dont want to mess around with renting.The weeks are floating weeks and the units are 2 bedroom deluxes. Maintenance fees are paid in 2017 and run around 500.00 to 600.00 per year for each week.

Fixed doesn't mean it can't be exchanged. Fixed means the ownership is for one specific week of the year, and his post says they are floating weeks (not fixed.)

Blue Tree is right across the street from Cypress Point Resort & right next door to Grande Villas Resort -- approximately 1 mile from the Hotel Plaza Boulevard entrance to Disney Springs, & just about the best timeshare location in Orlando.
