Worldmark

Curious why you didn't look into Worldmark which is very well represented in your neck of the woods. You will have to travel a bit for a Wyndham vacation. 105k will get you a week in Flagstaff in a 1br. Or a weekend in California somewhere. A ways to travel to get your feet wet in TS ownership.

I looked at worldmark, but worldmark contracts cost a lot more to get into, for the price of buying an entry worldmark contract I was able to buy this plus pay almost 5 years of MF
