How to list timeshare on bargain forum

    I am going to list my mother's timeshare's to sell or give away but I need some help figuring out what to say about the timeshare. I don't know that much about the whole deal though I am learning, thanks to this site. I found a checklist for buyers but would like to see a checklist for sellers so I don't leave anything important out.

    As a buyer I want to know the resort, the unit size, the week and the maintenance fees. If its a floating week, over what weeks does it float. If its in a points system, what system and how many points. Then if there are any special features about the ownership, list them. for example, bonus weeks, split week reservations and if there is anything special about the resort tell me what it is. If you have last years budget, make that available too...When is the mext maintenance fee due, and do I get this years week included in the purchase price. How about closing costs and transfer fees? and if you are paying me to take this off your hands...how much?
