I got my Wyndham online account set up yesterday and am trying to log into RCI but get this message: "CLOG-S-USAU-100344 : Unfortunately, our system wasn't able to identify the Vacation Club in which you're a member. Please try signing in again. If this issue persists, feel free to call your Vacation Club for help. We apologize for the inconvenience." Is this a time issue or do I need to call in?
Also, when I go to deposit points into RCI it says this: "Our records indicate that you are currently not affiliated with a Worldwide External Exchange company. You must be affiliated with either RCI® or Interval International® (II) to deposit your CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus points with an exchange company." But I can't figure out how to do that. The link it send me to has no useful info on setting it up and choosing an exchange company.
