Does anybody here have both HICV points and fixed weeks? I'm looking for an example of how the website shows both club and non-club ownership when you log in and click on Account Overview or Reserve Your Vacation. I don't have any fixed weeks anymore, but I remember having to select between accounts when I did.

I own a week there on the Weeks side. They preclude us lowly degenerates from using the website. So, I'm surprised to see you have access.
I am relegated to the phone. It's always been fairly difficult to speak to a real person who can book a room for me. This year, it's impossible. I'm getting routed through their digital phone answering service, and it always ends with a message saying they're closed... even though the message itself states times when they're open. I called at 10 am on Saturday, and I got a message saying they were currently closed... try back when they're open-- M-F 8-5 and Saturday 8-2. I'm called multiple days, and I'm getting the same message. I've tried different lines... spoken to people... who route me right back to the "we're not open" message.

If you own weeks, why do you need to book? Don't you just show up for your week?

Resorts like Desert Club and Cape Canaveral and others have float weeks.
