Has anyone used Loqsea for grocery delivery in Playa Del Carmen/Riviera Maya?

I have been researching grocery options for our upcoming trip to the Grand Mayan/Grand Luxxe Riviera Maya, and came across this grocery delivery service.
https://loqsea.com/?___store=english

It looks good, and is only $12, which is probably cheaper than me going and doing it myself once you consider shuttle/cab costs. Has anyone used them in the past? Concerns or recommendations definitely appreciated!

The prices that are on their web site seem a bit high to me, at least for the items that I am familiar with.

As compared to say the Mega or Wal-Mart in Playa? I thought they seemed not bad, but I have never grocery shopped in Mexico before.

Yes, as compared to Mega or any of the large supermarkets in Playa.
It's worth the trip to shop one day in Playa if you are staying for two weeks.
We take a cab, ask if he wants to take you back when you finish shopping.
The driver will usually give you an hour to shop, then take you back.
If not, it's easy to get another cab.

Thanks, that's super helpful.
