Anyone ever use Go Properties Services LLC for closing on a resale? Looking at a resale on eBay for 168k points at Bonnet Creek and the listing has this company listed.

In general, the ebay sellers do the closings in-house, or with an affiliated company, because the fees are a source of profit for them. Because of this, they usually won't consider using an independent closing company.

If they will - this is the company that I recommend. They are Tuggers and get high marks on TUG:

I used them a few years ago with a Wyndham ebay purchase and they were ok.

Thanks for the info! I'm looking at auctions where the seller pays the closing costs, but if I do find one where I have to pay, then I will definitely ask for LT Transfers.

I bought a Wyndham contract from them last year on eBay. Everything went smooth for me and would recommend them.

I also recommend GO Properties. I purchased a timeshare and title was transferred without any problems.

Unfortunately, with most eBay mega-sellers of resale timeshares, you have no say whatsoever in the matter of closing entity selection (even if you as the buyer are the one required to pay closing costs), but it's usually a negotiable detail in non mega-seller transactions.

That being said, don't get tunnel vision or too focused on closing costs. I suggest looking at the whole transaction and, most important, whether the acquisition is exactly what you seek. Closing costs will be a one time cost of a few hundred dollars in any scenario, but maintenance fees are forever (or for as long as you are the owner of record), so I respectfully suggest looking at the "bigger picture", not just at one-time closing costs and / or or who will be paying them.
