I have a Wyndham time share purchased in 1990's from Kingsgate in Williamsburg VA. that I am willing to transfer for free to someone interested in it. My time share is 63500 points per year and my monthly fees are $36.33.
This is a Club Wyndham Plus Contract:
CLUB WYNDHAM Plus is a flexible, points-based exchange program that allows you to vacation when, where, and how you want. As a CLUBWYNDHAM Plus member, you begin with an allotment of CLUB WYNDHAM Plus points. These points are allocated to you annually or biennially based on your ownership purchase. You have 12-months to use your points. This 12-month timeframe is called your Use Year.
