There are many people who would be happy to have a UDI deed to Palm Aire resort (Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach area) as it is a nice place for the winter snowbirds to enjoy the sun and warmth.


84,000 points will NOT get a full week in a Prime season ... but can be combined with other Palm Aire UDI points to do so or to get a larger unit.

Correct on the lower program fee .. with a resale Wyndham points member ID ... that would be 55 cents per 1k of points or $46.20.

To rework the above numbers:
Annual MFs: 490.56 + 46.20 = $536.76
Monthly Fee: 539.76 / 12 = $44.73
