This unit does have a balcony but it faces away from the ocean with views of Rudee's inlet and Lake Holly. It has nice sunset's and the view from the 8th floor is still quite nice.

This is a mid August week. Usage would start in 2017 with MF due January 1 or 2016 with reimbursement of $500 if not already rented. MF for 2016 were $581 2016 dates are 8/13-8/20/2016

or RENT BEFORE YOU BUY. RENT THIS UNIT FOR $600 IN 2016 AND IF YOU LIKE IT, IT'S YOURS FOR $50 MORE.

One block away from Virginia Beach's beautiful boardwalk and the Virginia Beach Fishing Center, the Ocean Key Resort provides a comfortable, home-away-from home for your Virginia Beach vacation. The property features an indoor splash pool and Jacuzzi, 24-hour fitness center, massage services, and tanning salon. Other amenities include a game room and arcade, activity center, children's area, laundry facilities, and full-service (seasonal) restaurant. This is a smoke-free property. An on-site parking garage is provided for guests' convenience. The Ocean Key Resort is the ideal place to relax and enjoy all the fun Virginia Beach offers.

If deposited in RCI, this unit gets 31 tpu's. It is not enrolled with RCI points. It is a silver crown rated resort. Like many VB resorts the unit is a little cozy and is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children only. The units were last refurbished in 2011. Resort managed by VSA. It is across the street from the beach and boardwalk but it is at the slower end of the boardwalk and it is not a difficult cross. Parking for one car included onsite during your week.

Closing cost of $150 paid by the buyer OR $650 with 2016 usage.
Seller will cover any fees above the $150 paid by buyer including the transfer fee of $100
Closing and transfer to be done by LT transfers.

I'm brand new to timeshares, but I'm in VA Beach right now. I'd want to trade for a week in July. How easy is it to do that?

If you want a July week you are best off buying a July week. Exchanging for a 1 br in VB is doable but you would have to pay the $219 exchange fee and commit to that date 6-12 months in advance.

This is a nice mid August week in Virginia beach. Enjoy a nice beverage on your 8th floor balcony as you watch the sunset. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are within easy walking distance. There are several bike rental places around. Usually we leave the car parked about half of the days, enjoying the immediate surrounding area. On the other days, there are several easy day trips to other interested areas including Norfolk and other Hampton Roads towns.

He said he's looking for more VA Beach timeshare weeks. He might contact you.

Great opportunity for a beach week.
