I have a timeshare in French Lick Villas in Indiana. The 2016 fees are paid. I have used the all over using RCI but i have never used it in French Lick. My grandparents bought this in 1985 and have used it plenty of times there but I have not. I am no longer able to use/afford this in the near future and just need to let it go. I posted the info below from RCI's website. Is anyone interested in taking this Timeshare over? The maintenance fees are $460 a yr.

I will prepay for 2017 fees

French Lick Springs Villas
Resort ID: 1788 Rel #: 00005, Unit: 40, BR(s): 2, Max Occ / Priv: 8 / 6, Start Date: 19-Jan-2013

Take your time. Log in, look around and do a little research. It's been awhile since I've read about this resort, but I did stay there years ago and absolutely loved it!

That was before the casino was built. I think this location is much more desirable. You should not have any trouble unloading it. It's a quirky location but I do believe there is demand for it!

Good luck!

I moved your post to the Bargain Deals forum, which is the best place for your offer.

Please add a little more info:

-Is this an every year ownership (or every other year)?

-Is it a fixed or floating week?

-What dates can be reserved?

-Is the first usage to the new owner in 2017?

Just a cautionary warning. You probably want to get ahold of your management company and make sure you are familiar with their transfer regulations and FEES. This resort can make a simple procedure into a very large headache to transfer the ownership.

Thanks for the heads up. Ive talked to them in the recent past about transferring ownership. The process isnt too hard, My grandparents had this transferred this to me for a small fee. I will check with them again just to make sure. Thanks

What kind of trading power does it have for you with RCI?

Im not sure the full trading power because I always trade it late. I normally get 13 for it. I was told by RCI that I can get 20 if i bank it early.
