FREE 2BR lockoff timeshare unit (Studio unit + 1 BR unit, can use together or separate)

Floating week - you can reserve any week of the year with the resort
Usage is biennial (every even year)
You can use the week together as a 2BR/2 bath unit, or separately for two visits.
Also, with Interval International you can deposit the unit as a single 2BR, or as two units (a 1BR and a studio/effeciency) which would allow you to use a week every year or two weeks in one year.
Ownership is deeded
Mortgage is paid in full
Maintenance fees are $382, due in January annually, and are paid for 2017.
