EOY EVEN week Fixed Week 11. If you don't want to use wk 11, it can float 1-52.
2016 HOA is $238.
First Usage is 2016 if new owner to reimburse for Maintenance fees associated with 2016 usage (~$470).
Buyer to pay transfer fee (~$160). LT Transfers will be used as transfer company.
If new owner wants to begin usage in 2018, it can be deposited in Jan-01-17 with prepay of MF.
