6550 points, Shell Vacations Club Hawaii

Use year from Oct1-Sep29, banking deadline is July

$1700/year maintenance fees, fees always due January. I will pay all 2017 maintenance fees prior to transfer. I will pay transfer fee. There is no loan on these points.

12 month booking window Hawaii, 9 months other shell resorts.

4050 points are permanent deeded points, 2500 points expire in 2049.

I find that I have not been using this timeshare for the past few years. If you do not use the points during a use year you can recover ~$1000 by converting points into prepaid cards for hotel/restaurant/ski, which is what I've been doing.

Shell may take your points back. You need to call Wyndham's Ovation phone number to give them back to Shell, but it can be done. There is another thread about it.
