We have a weekly deeded timeshare at the Southcape Resort and Spa in Cape Cod that we've never used, and would like to give it away to someone who can enjoy it ! Here are the details:

Resort: Southcape Resort and Spa

Location: Cape Cod -- Mashpee, Massachusetts
(between Falmouth and Hyannis; near beaches, outlet shopping, ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and many other activities)

Unit Size: 2BR / 2 Bath; approx 1,200 square feet

Week/Unit: Week #40 (early October - great fall foliage !) / Unit #55

Annual Usage: Yearly usage, available beginning this year (October 2016)

Check in day: Saturday

Maintenance Fees (2016): $655 - ALREADY PAID

Exchange Company: Festiva / RTX / Patton Hospitality

We (Seller) will provide $200 towards transfer fees and closing/recording costs; Recipient (Buyer) is responsible for any remaining transfer and closing/recording costs
(NOTE: we've been told by Patton Hospitality that there's a $325 fee to transfer ownership in their system).
