Free to a good home:

1 hotel unit (sleeps 4), no kitchen.

2016 Maintenance fees: $275
Usage:annual fixed week 23
Checkin day: Sunday
(Interval International Timeshare demand index) II TDI: 150

This is a trading tiger, I've used to get the Marriott Mayflower in DC and 2 bdrs units in Ocean City, MD in August.

Exchanges it trades in: II, TPI, DAE

It's also great on its own, 5 miles to all the cruises in Cape Canaveral, 5 miles to Kennedy Space center, and 1 hr to Orlando. Also, the week falls in June, so it's perfect if your kids are out of school at that time.

The resort is Ocean Front, but the unit faces one of the two pools.

Ocean Landings also has a great rental program. If you give them your week, they will send you a check no matter what. They average the rental income for your week/size unit, take out their commission, and send everyone in that week/size category a check. Last year the check for my unit's rental was $238.33.

Free Wifi and Parking.

Reason for wanting out: I have too many timeshares, and I rather keep my 2bdr timeshares that are either in July or can trade for 2bdr July weeks.

Title Transfer: Purchaser to pay all transfer fees to LT Transfers.
