Fixed week 18:

• 2016: April 30-May 7, 2016

Maintenance Fee for 2016 has been paid: $1068

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2016 (Buy it and use it or get the RCI points.) I will transfer 49,000 points to you for 2016.

Renovated: This resort was completely renovated and redecorated in 2010 and 2011

All you have to do is will pay transfer fees with *LT Transfers about $150.
