Annual timeshare offered is fixed week 36 - first week of September, great time to bike, hike and golf.
Mountainside Lodge is in the heart of Whistler Village, the unit is a Studio-Loft which trades as a one-bedroom in Interval International, amenities include:
- Master Suite in loft
- Sleeper sofa and day bed in living room area
- 2 full bathrooms
- View from room of mountain and pool
- Sauna in unit
- Free covered parking
- Year round pool and hot tub
- Exercise room
- Restaurant in resort
Annual maintenance fee is approximately $1000 Canadian and is paid for 2016. Fifty year ownership with ~27 years remaining. The annual usage week for 2016 will be September 4-11.
PS the TS is managed by Shell Vacations BUT this TS is not in Shell Vacation points
