Free - Week 27 Birch Studio at Marriott Streamside at Vail (CO) Birch Building; The week for 2017 is July 8, 2017-July 15, 2017; in some years, week 27 will include July 4 (but not 2017).

Maintenance fees for 2016 were approx. $903.00 annually. With this unit we have traded into ski season for larger units in Aspen, Cedar and Evergreen at Streamside. We also traded into the Marriott at Disneyland Paris a few years ago. This unit will trade best in the 59 day window for late deposits.

Seller would like purchaser to begin paying maintenance fees in 2017 and begin use of the property in 2017; the fees are billed quarterly.

I've owned Streamside/Vail for years and it gets you Marriott internal exchange priority within the II system...unless something has changed recently. I've easily gone from a studio to a two br, even in desirable seasons, and if you like Hilton Head this could get you a 2 br there with regularity...since all the Marriotts on HHI are 2-3 BR. I bought mine in 2000 and still own it...so that's sayin something!
