Maintenance and taxes are $1857 annually.

The receiver of the timeshare is responsible for closing/transfer/title costs. Marriott also charges a fee of approx $120 to place the timeshare in your name and establish access to their website. The deed transfer can be handled by an exchange company or lawyer in St. Kitts.

I am not paying any fees for the transfer of this timeshare, if you want it, the transfer cost are your responsibility! You are getting a Marriott timeshare for practically nothing!

FIRST PERSON TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A COMPANY TO BEGIN THE TRANSFER PROCESS GETS IT!

I have no use for our Marriott St. Kitts timeshare due to health reasons. My loss is your gain. The timeshare is owned free and clear. There is no mortgage on the timeshare, only maintenance and taxes are due each year ($1857). Maintenance and taxes are paid through 12/31/2017.

This is an annual floating Gold, two bedroom unit at the gorgeous Marriott's St. Kitts Beach Club! This can be used for weeks 18 - 35, 45 - 50. The next use is in 2018. Maintenance fees are paid through 2017. I have deposited the 2017 usage with Interval International. The first year of usage would be in 2018. I will place a request for usage in 2018 with an executed deed transfer. (If Marriott does not execute its right of first refusal)

Gold season = weeks 18 - 35 and 45 - 50.


All units have very large rooms with great balconies.

ST KITTS MUSIC FESTIVAL WEEK!

Each year the St. Kitts Music Festival falls on the last weekend in June, week 25. This year the festival was held on 6/23/2017 - 6/25/2017. Owning this timeshare gives you the opportunity to reserve a week for the St. Kitts Music Festival or any other week from 18 - 35 and 45 - 50.

Adjacent to the St. Kitts Marriott Resort is the Royal Beach Casino. Marriott's St. Kitts Beach Club gives you access to a wealth of amenities that are shared by both resorts. Relax at three freshwater pools and enjoy fine dining and tropical drinks at the hotel's eight restaurants and three lounges. You'll also have access to the Royal Beach Casino and Emerald Mist Spa.

I had a person who contacted my through TUG that signed an intent to purchase the timeshare from me for $1. You need a contract to submit it to Marriott for ROFR. It passed the Marriott ROFR for $1, then the party backed out.

One more thing to note, I have the title which lists me as the deeded owner. It would normally take 2 years to obtain the deeded title from this resort. This speeds up the title transfer significantly for anyone who wants to take this off my hands.

BTW... ST. KITTS was UNAFFECTED by hurricane Irma. (Research it for yourself)
