Free Marriott Grand Chateau Platinum Week

Free 1Bd Marriott Grand Chateau Platinum Float Week 1-51
MF/Taxes: $846 Approx.
Buyer will pay $120 Marriott Transfer fee and closing costs using the company of their choice.
(I would prefer LT Transfers)

This weeks trades through II and gets Marriott preference. The 2018 usage can be booked or deposited into Interval. I can also book a week for the new buyer if needed.

Maizeandblue, I know Marriott is taking back 2 bedrooms at Grand Chateau, not sure about a 1 bedroom, but it is worth a try and you want have a lot to do. Good luck.

If you give it away, buyer does not have to pay the ROFR fee.
