It's tough to let go since, the resort is amazing!!! One of the biggest pools on the island a wonderful 1 bed 1 bath until #401 Floating week ocean view room in Maui is yours simply for the closing costs!!!

My family has used it for the last ten years and we have simply out grown the room... ie. we need lots more bedrooms but, for a smaller family this is a great place to vacation!!! The rooms are by no means small... please look up the resort online as you will see the granite counters, large spacious bedroom, and huge bathroom!!!

-How much is the maintenance fee?
-What dates can you reserve?
-Who is paying the transfer cost?
-Who is doing the title transfer?
-Is #410 the unit that you always get?
-What is the occupancy?
