Maintenance Fees for 2017: $692.35 have been paid, to be reimbursed by the buyer, otherwise, first use would be in 2018.
Your usage will start in 2017. No mortgage and all maintenance fees are current. Annual Usage - Fixed Week - 2017 dates would be November 25 - December 2, 2017
Low fees for a two bedroom.
This can trade in both Interval International and RCI, but I would recommend depositing in Interval International for internal trade of other Starwood properties. Great for ongoing searches.
Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare transfers. I will pay for all the closing costs!
