Alpenland Sporthotel, St. Johann im Pongau, studio floating week for SALE.
The hills are alive with the sound of music! Or skiing, or hiking, or biking, or shopping, or sightseeing... Resort is walking distance from the train station and the gondola, you can also take a shuttle bus to the ski lifts. A short 45 minutes from the bustling city of Salzburg. Even shorter train trips will get you to Werfen Castle and incredible ice caves! Of course, you can always enjoy the hotel itself--pool, tennis, hot tubs, sauna, steam room...small dogs accepted! Great food & service too, the resort gets a 4-star rating on Tripadvisor!

Paid in full, current on maintenance fees, which are $680.60 a year. One banked week, another for use in 2016. Owner will pay closing costs!

Won't sell to a reseller / scammer, so don't bother!

Does it float all 52 weeks? When are the maintenance fees due every year?

(I can't take this on, just trying to help).

Location
maryland
I have stayed here 2 or 3 times over the past 19 years and the town is so scenic. Lots of restaurants, a grocery store in walking distance, and a pleasant staff. I am scaling down myself so I am not interested in it but just wantd to give some input. As I recall there are no micgrowaves or fridges in the studios. You can easily drive to Ramsau, Germany and Berchtesgaden from Maria Alm.
We do go to that area every summer but stay in a hotel in Zell ams See, Austria.

YIKES PLEASE delete this ! I was thinking of their sister resort in Maria Alm, Austria

Good question about floating, I'll call on Monday and ask.

And I've stayed there myself once, it is very similar to Maria Alm. Scenic town, grocery and lots of shops nearby, restaurants, and ski areas!

Okay, if it helps any, the maintenance fees are due the 15th of every month, $65.05, and it's a HIGH season week! Hope that makes it better...

Owner will pay next year's maint. Fee!

Yep. Buy it now, vacation next year in Austria for free! Maintenance fees aren't bad, $781 a year. Dad's decided to pay next year's fees if he doesn't have to worry about this anymore. Thanks for considering!
