"We are needing to book a flight using our Advantage miles on a 1 way trip from Barcelona to Houston May 2018. We want to get the 57,000 point business class size upgrade. They of course haven't opened up those flights. We would greatly appreciate advice on how to be there first to grab them. Is it better to do it yourself online or over the phone? Do we need to be on the computer at 12 AM? Do they post the Advantage mile savers then or what is the best way to catch and book them?
