Hello everyone, I apologize for my part in bickering with tiredofrippedoff. I don't know why tiredofrippedoff profusely posts fictitious information on blogs and forums about Nationwide Marketing Solutions & Magnum Advertising. It appears to be some ax to grind with Goellnitz, as most of the posts on other blogs and forums are personal attacks. Personally, I could care less about the personal attacks against Goellnitz, I do however, have an issue with the allegations against the company still operating, because it is a fabrication.

FACT: Helmut Goellnitz did not sign over power of attorney to any of his former employees. They did not continue selling for neither Nationwide Marketing Solutions & Magnum Advertising. So how does one prove that this is true? I don't know, maybe the simplest solution is usually the easiest. Tiredofrippedoff - If you need proof, go to the office and see for yourself. All the other points are moot and have nothing to do with this allegation.

i did not post anything that wasn't the truth.you keep saying you have facts so post some of them!!!!i posted things that was in newspaper articles.you look on dbpr website the state of florida and you can see who the owner of theses companies are helmut and they are still bing ran read all of the negitive articles all over the internet and you can see that they are still ripping people off!!look up the name personal info removed and personal info removed on palm beach county county clerk of courts and you will see what kinds of people work for this company.all credit cards are ran through the same merchant as nationwide and magnum.call the merchant personal info removed.... so you say you have nothing to do with nationwide or magnum but you sure try to defend them with no proof what so ever.but jt you will see.......these are not personal attacks all of this is the truth like i said before call special agent hugh o'connor with the atf office in west palm at 561-623-4200 and you can get put in touch with someone that will help you with being ripped off.......so if you have any real proof let me know.facts are not facts just because you say they are prove them like i do!!!

2ndly I still have yet to find where anyone claims the individual left his company to his employees.

every bit of information i posted is public record and you do not have to have permission to publish it.and if you would look around your site you will see postings from different people that has been ripped off from nationwide and magnum advertising all the way to december 2nd and the owner is in jail.the company does not run itself.all i was doing is telling other timeshare owners to watch out for these two companies.i thought this site was for timeshare owners helping each other.yes i have alot of information on this company because i do my digging.did anybody else prove anything otherwise?

posting company information is just fine, posting peoples full names and phone numbers is not.
