Just considering buying into 3 yr limited trial period for 1300 down then 2400 additon dollars at flagship resort in atlantic city. The raring on TUG IS a 5.6. Is this timeshare exchangeable with that rating? Is it worth it ? Will want to exchange all weeks given with platinum package. Gave a small downpayment but didn't sign contract yet. Need help ASAP. Thx much

Awful deal

Check out this ebay listing for this resort (which has no bidders cuz likely the price is high) -http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atlantitc-city-Floating-RED-Time-Flagship-Resort-/110947134615?pt=Timeshares&hash=item19d4f6ec97.

This means you will have about 3700 hundred dollars into the deal. I would just rent a week for three years if that is how you want to work it. I would absolutly not buy into Flagship for the purposes of trading, I own a unit there and have the Platinum Package you make reference to.

It is a very nice resort, on site Pizza Hut and a restaurant, free parking, rooms are a bit dated but in very good shape. They have a suttle service to the other side of the Boardwalk for free where a bunch of retail shops are and a bunch of Casinos. The new Atlantic City Casino just opened not long ago not very far from them. They are near the marina. I could go on and on.

I think that you need to stop or rescind now. You need to do a whole lot of additional research. You don't even know how to ask a good question.

"flagship resort in atlantic city", are you referring to Wyndham Skyline Tower in Atlantic City? Is this a points or weeks offer? If points, how many? Annual vs biennial? Maintenance fees? 1BR Suite, 1BR Deluxe, 2BR Deluxe, 2BR Pres...?

Stop. Research.

I had given a review yesterday on the resort, to bad the censor police got it. Flagship exists and is not Wyndham Skyline Towers. It is a weeks/floating weeks contract.

Just because you don't know how to find your own posts, doesn't mean they were censored.

Flagship considerations

What I noticed about the Flagship is that they have many different ways to customize the timeshare ownership...that is, depending on how you vacation....of course, they want to make a sale, but they must have sensed a lot of hesitation in offering a trial! I've never really heard of that, and I think that they should not go to those lengths because there is no need.

Flagship has plenty of attributes. The views from most of the rooms (or maybe all--not sure) are incredible. If you've ever been on a cruise...think looking out to the middle of the ocean...because many of the rooms are so high up, you get a real nice feeling sitting on your balcony. Similar views are avialable from the restaurant and the exercise facility which has floor to ceiling windows.

An indoor pool, hot tubs, and very clean rooms are all i need, as well as friendliness, which this place has plenty of.
