Greetings All,

Ideally I would like to trade it for something in Carlsbad, CA with day use privileges but transferring this to someone first and work on the second part later would work for me as well.

Its an 1800 point unit with a 40 year use type ownership (I think 40 yrs) and we have had it for 10 yrs. The maintenance fees are $354 I believe.

I can did up the original paperwork from 2006 if nyone is interested with any other questions.

Received Original Paperwork

This was on the back burner the last couple of months but I just received all of the paperwork from Fiesta Americana on the unit. If anyone has any questions on this I can forward them the paperwork as well.

It looks like a $100 transfer fee and the new owner needs to be "approved" by Fiesta before the transfer.
