Curious. What is the fastest closing you have had from a resale. Just purchased from eBay a place at the beach and they do not do first right of refusal. Seller and I already signed the paperwork.

From agreement to recording, I did one that took ~5 weeks, and it was my fault.
I sent LT Transfers an unsigned check. It would'a taken 4 weeks, otherwise.
