The bargain bin probably isn't the best place to be looking for those since they sell for several thousands of dollars. Any bargain basement price would be scooped up by Marriott or Starwood through the ROFR process anyway.

Most of the items on the Bargain Basement forum have little to no resale value. The hotel based Hawaii timeshares you listed still required thousands of dollars.
